Capelo's BBQ grew from John Capelo's love of his central Texan southern BBQ cuisine. Honed as a food truck, since 2020 Capelo's has a permanent home to serve its BBQ goodness in Redwood City.

Nate Walker of Redemption Breaking is the Capelo's open mic host. For whatever reason, Capelo's main website does not list the open mic on their event calendar, but rest assured it's happening.

all ages · Performers may get a third song, depending on how many people show up.
